Yash Raj Films have finally revealed the first teaser of Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. Our first comment... we love it!!! Although you might have never expected to see SRK or the first poster of Rab ne Bana Di Jodi this way, it's truly awesome and has got so much of depth to it. The tag line of the movie goes "There is an Extra Ordinary Love Story in every Jodi".... which is catchy, funny and has a romantic feel to it.

Although most of us were expecting Shahrukh romancing Anushka in Switzerland in the first poster, the teaser is different and good too! It now makes us wonder what the story actually could be. Shahrukh is seen wearing a faded shirt, with a bad pair of trousers and completely awful shoes... probably his worst on-screen look till date. But we do know that he's got another dashing look in the movie which we can't wait to see.

In short, Adi is a Genius and we love his work!

Ghajini: New Hindi Movie

Aamir unveils first look of 'Ghajini' on Diwali
Mumbai (IANS): A brawnier Aamir Khan unveiled the first look of his much-awaited film "Ghajini" here on Tuesday. The one minute clip shows Aamir in his new six-pack abs, for which he had to work out three to four hours every day for several months.

The film, which was scheduled for release on Diwali, will now hit the theatres on Christmas, Dec 25.

"We were planning to release the film on Diwali, but it did not happen because of my injury, so we decided to at least unveil its first look on this day," Aamir told reporters. He also wished everyone a happy Diwali.

Aamir suffered a hamstring injury while filming a scene for the film in April. The scene required him to pick up and throw a heavy man against a wall.

The talented actor said he is looking forward to the film's release as he has acted in a commercial movie after a long time.

"'Ghajini' is important for me as it is an out and out commercial movie which I am doing after a long time."

On the absence of director A.R. Murugadoss on the occasion, Aamir said: "The post-production work for the film is going on full swing and our director is extremely busy with it."

The film clip also shows leading lady Asin.

Aamir said it was quite difficult for him to work on his new looks as he was required to build a perfect body, including six-pack abs.

"After I finished 'Taare Zameen Par', I started to work on my look for the film. It was a tough time when I had to work on my body for nearly three to four hours a day."

Jiah Khan, who plays second lead in the film, does not feature in the clip.

"Ghajini" is a Hindi adaptation of the Tamil film made by Murugadoss himself by the same name.

The film is said to be inspired by the critically acclaimed film "Memento" by Christopher Nolan on the theme of the protagonist suffering from anterograde amnesia (short term memory loss) and seeking revenge for his wife's murder.

Dostana (New)

Karan Johar to remake Dostana for 2008

Head of Dharma Productions, the enigmatic Karan Johar will be busy in USA for the next month or so.

Karan will be giving a lecture on global entertainment at the prestigious Harvard University in Boston, but only after launching his next film in Miami. Tentatively titled Dostana, it will be directed by Tarun Muskhani with the story very similar to the original Dostana - that starred Amitabh Bachchan and Zeenat Aman.

John Abraham is expected to play one of the roles while Shahid Kapur the other. Full details will be revealed at the launch.
Karan Johar promises that his upcoming production has three Bollywood stars in a unique love triangle.
It is common knowledge by now that John Abraham , Abhishek Bachchan and Priyanka Chopra are set to team up in Karan’s next production that will be directed by his trusted assistant Tarun Mansukhani.
Now, Karan has revealed some inside info about the film.
The movie will have Abhishek and John playing two thick friends. So, in keeping with the film’s theme, Karan has titled it Dostana , which was the title of the yesteryear film starring Amitabh Bachchan , Shatrughan Sinha and Parveen Babi that Karan’s dad Yash Johar produced in 1980.
Karan says the similarities between the two films end at their titles. Although his film also has a love triangle like his dad’s film, Karan says his flick has a “twist in the tale” that makes its story something that Indian movie buffs haven’t seen before. Though the claim does sound a bit pompous, Karan stands by his statement and even goes on to say that John and Abhi are cast in very different roles in his film.
‘Dostana’ will be shot in Miami. The shooting locations have already been finalized by the director.

The story is set in today's day and age. Billo (Irrfan Khan) plays a village barber. His business is running low because he has not been able to upgrade himself according to the changing trends. One fine day, a film unit visits his village to shoot a movie. It stars a superstar (SRK), who was once Billo's school friend. All at once, Billo's status in the village changes, and he becomes highly respected. Everyone wants him to meet the superstar. But Billo is unsure, as he feels he cannot compare to the superstar's status. Besides, he fears that the star may not recognize him. He makes many attempts to meet the star but fails. After all these hardships, he gives up. But people think that he lied about the relationship with the star and start insulting him. His family and children also gets upset.

In the end, for an invited school function, the star reveals his past. He tells the audience that in his school days he had a friend who always stood by him in his hardships. He tells how much the friend helped him by providing food when he was hungry, provided clothes when he did not having any. He tells that the friend gave him the money to join acting by selling his ancestral ear ring and that friend happens to be Billo.

Gopal (Ajay Devgan), who lives with his wife Ekta (Kareena Kapoor), sister Esha (Amrita Arora) and a dumb brother-in-law Lucky (Tusshar Kapoor), gets stuck in a yacht one night after he saves an attractive young woman Meera (Celina Jaitley) from the dreaded goons, while on his way back home from office. Due to the circumstances, both of them stay back on the yacht.

When he arrives home the next day, his over suspicious wife Ekta, a hard core saas-bahu serial’s fan, suspects him of flirting around with his girl staffs. Gopal thinks that it’s difficult to convince her by telling her about the incident that actually took place the prior night and hence, he invents a story about spending the night with a fictitious friend named Anthony Gonsalves. Ekta does not believe his story as she knows that he never had a friend by that name, and hence, she decides to write to Anthony to come and visit her.

Gopal then convinces one of his juniors, Laxman (Shreyas Talpade), to pretend like Anthony, and thus convince Ekta that he was indeed telling the truth. Laxman agrees to do so, and everything goes according to plan until the address on which Ekta had written a letter to Anthony turns out to be real. Meanwhile, Gopal finds out that a dead body was found at the same location where he saved Meera from the goons. The Investigating Officer Madhav (Arshad Warsi), who also happens to be Esha’s boyfriend, does not get along well with Gopal. He finds out that Gopal was missing from his home that very night and that the dead person was an employee from his company.
